This London Loft conversion based in Balham, is a semi-Detached property. This allowed up to 50m3 of space to be added to the loft enabling the creation of a two bedroom and shared bathroom Conversion. The hipped roof that slopes to the side of the property is raised as a gable end and the rear dormer added to create a significant enlargement to the property.
